Every parent wants their child to practice good behavior. Teaching positive character traits at an early age will hopefully prepare your child to make better choices every day. If you have a toddler in your home then it’s very clear that we are all born with a sinful desire to have things our way. I hope that these cards will teach your little ones to think about how they should handle a certain situation. This is a great activity to do around the dinner table or while homeschooling your older children. You can substitute the sibling/parent part of the card to fit your family. If your child is an only child, you could say friend instead of brother/sister.
I’ve also included a parent’s guide that gives a few ideas of what to say if your child is having a hard time thinking of the right answer.
To download you printable, just click on the photos below. I recommend printing the cards on card stock and laminating them so they will hold up well.
Here are some ideas for what you can say to encourage your child to answer the right way and really think about the question being asked!
Leave a comment below if you use these with your kids. I would love to hear about it!
