Do you find yourself constantly wishing that your kids would just find something to do and be content? Well, I want to encourage you to put the smart phone down and turn the TV off. Enjoy being with your children and give the gift of time.
Sometimes our kids drive us crazy because they need our time and attention.
I’ve created The Intentional Parent: 30 Day Challenge for you and myself to take the time to make each day special for our children. In this challenge, you can choose to do each activity every day, once a week, or once a month. Whatever works for schedule. I just want to encourage you to try these simple, practical activities with your kids and talk with them about what they can learn from each day.
I pray that this would strengthen your relationship with your children and motivate you as their mom to have fun! Sometimes, we are so serious and strict that we forget that we are a part in shaping their childhood. When we take the time to do something special with our kids each day without the distractions, we will have the chance to hear them and reach their hearts. When we quiet our busy life, we can hear what they think about certain things that we would often dismiss.
So, if you are subscribed to the PWH Newsletter then you will receive the challenge today through your email! If you haven’t signed up, go to my newsletter page or fill in your email below.
